Mew Marks appear on the bodies of those infused with the DNA of Red Data Animals, and were intially used to help identify fellow Mew Mews. Ichigo Momomiya, Minto Aizawa, Retasu Midorikawa, Bu-Ling Huang, Zakuro Fujiwara and Ryou Shirogane all have Mew Marks. Berry Shirayuki and Ringo Akai are the only exceptions.
For the most part, Mew Marks appear to be positioned on the midline of the characters' bodies. Ryou and Ichigo may seem like special cases, but Ryou's apparent mark is located on his neck, and is apparently symmetrical, similar to Ichigo's which is located on her inner thigh. If either character were to stand in a standard anatomical position (feet flat, palms foreward), the mark is seen to be on the midline of the body as well.
Mew Marks are shown in New’s transformation sequence, therefore making it the source of the transformation like in the manga. While the first anime uses Mew Ichigo’s mark in their weapons, the second anime uses each Mew's own, respective Mew Mark instead.
In Mew Mew Power, the mew marks were erased in most scenes. Ichigo's was erased in the first episode, but when it appeared in the second episode, it had been edited to be lower down on her leg. The reason they were edited out is likely because 4Kids believed them to look like tattoos, and didn't wish to encourage children to draw or mark themselves to imitate having Mew Marks on their own skin.

Ichigo Momomiya[]
Ichigo's Mew Mark is a pink heart with whiskers underneath located on the inside of her right leg.
Minto Aizawa[]
Minto's Mew Mark is a pair of blue bird wings and is centred directly between her shoulder blades.
Retasu Midorikawa[]
Retasu's Mew Mark is two curved lines that resemble a pair of fish, also baring some resemblance to the Horoscope symbol for Pisces.
Bu-Ling Huang[]
Bu-Ling's Mew Mark is two curly monkey tails, and is on her forehead.
Zakuro Fujiwara[]
Zakuro's Mew Mark is a pair of wolf tails on either side of her naval.
Ryou Shirogane[]
Ryou's Mew Mark is on his neck, where he injected himself with a DNA gun to test it. Due to him keeping it covered, and it only being seen in a low quality card, the exact design of his Mark is unknown.
Ringo Akai[]
Ringo does not have a known Mew Mark. Due to the way she transforms, and the fact she isn't infused, it's very unlikely that she even has one.
Berry Shirayuki[]
The location of Berry's mark remains unknown. It has been speculated by some that, because of her proximity to the injection machine, her animals' DNA passed directly into her body without leaving a mark, although this isn't official or proven information.
