Taichi seems to be a shy and nervous character from his promotional art.
When Taichi transforms, he wears a blue and white turtleneck crop top with a matching pair of puffy shorts. His sleeves are unconnected to his top and are long and flow-y like the sleeves of a kimono. His ears, sleeves, and the ribbon that ties around his neck are patterned with orange and blue leopard spots.
- Taichi is named after the Hiroo train station in Tokyo, the 3rd stop of the Hibiya subway line.
- The Amur leopard (Panthera pardus orientalis) is the rarest leopard subspecies, listed as "critically endangered" on the IUCN Red List. As of 2019, its wild population is above 84 individuals. It is native to the Russian Far East and northern China, and is regionally extinct in Korea.
